This is a simple & low cost Sieve Shaker, ideal for both site & laboratory use. It incorporates an electric motor to provide an effective sieving action.

This unit will accept 200, 250, 300 & 315mm, 8 & 12 inch diameter sieves.

The shaker can hold up to eight 200mm diameter sieves or seven 300mm diameter sieves. It is fitted with a 0 to 60 minute timer. Wet sieving lids & receivers in the appropriate sizes may be used with this shaker.

SV003 Motorised Sieve Shaker for 200, 300, 8 & 12 inch diameter sieves

This shaker will accept up to twelve 200mm or 8 inch diameter sieves, lid and receiver or up to six 300mm or 12 inch diameter sieves, lid and receiver.

The timer is variable with a range of 10 to 60 minutes to set the duration of the test. It stops automatically at the end of the set time duration. Wet sieving lids & receivers in the appropriate sizes may be used with this shaker.

By rotating the crank the shaker applies a vertical and rotational vibration action.

The Ro-Tap® shaker accepts up to 6 full-height 200mm or 8 inch sieves or 13 half-height 200mm or 8 inch sieves, plus a full height receiver.

This high capacity sieve shaker is designed for sieving considerable quantities of any material & accepts up to 30 litres of sample material.

Sturdily constructed, the machine can hold six screen tray sieves and dust pan. The screen tray sieves are 457mm wide x 660mm long x 75mm deep.

A dust pan is available for the screen shaker. Impact part number SZ141. Screen tray sieves are not supplied with the shaker and can be ordered separately.

SV016 Air Jet Sieving System for 200mm diameter air jet sieves, range 5 to 4000 µ

The Air Jet system is suitable for sieving powder and dry grain products, obtaining sieving results between 5 to 4000 microns. A vacuum machine applies a controlled decrease of pressure to the chamber beneath the sieve, drawing air out of the sieve through the apertures and carrying with it any particles smaller than the sieve aperture size.

This unit will accept 200mm diameter air jet sieves.

The vacuum machine is equipped with an automatic filter cartridge cleaning system, which allows many tests before replacement is needed.

The microprocessor controlled digital keypad can be used to adjust:

• Sieving time from 0 to 99 minutes
• Vacuum range from 0 to 99 bar

SV017 Portable Sieve Analyser for 200mm & 8 inch diameter sieves

The Portable Sieve Test Analyser is designed to reduce the time and eliminate the operator error associated with sieve analysis. The Sieve Test Analyser accurately weighs and stores the net weight of the sieves and receiver before sieving. It compares the weights of the empty sieve with the gross weight after sieving. Necessary calculations are then made to provide a detailed analysis of the particle size distribution, including weight retained, percent retained, and percent passing, giving you accurate sieve results in a matter of seconds. The Sieve Test Analyser saves time, because it weighs, calculates, and stores sieve test results.

This unit will accept 200mm & 8 inch diameter sieves & can hold up to 17 sieves plus a receiver.

The unit has a self-contained electronic balance, digital readout and computer memory, all contained in a plastic case designed to be used in a production facility or laboratory.

To perform a sieve analysis, run a standard sieve test using a shaker. Choose the corresponding sieve stack from the sieve analyser's memory. The analyser has the capacity to store up to 10 sieve stacks. The analyser will prompt to weigh each full sieve and the user places it on the weighing platform. The analyser records the full weight of the sieve and calculates the weight and percent retained of the sample on the spot. There is no need to reweigh or calculate percentages.

For many companies, a standard sieve test is the only method available to produce a consistent product. As requirements have become more stringent for traceability (e.g. ISO 9000) within the manufacturing process and with suppliers, the ability of equipment to interface with computers is essential. The Sieve Test Analyser allows the user to monitor and record individual sieve test results using a computer. With greater emphasis on quality of processing, the Sieve Test Analyser goes a long way to address some of the limitations of sieve analysis whilst giving repeatability and accuracy to a test that is, and will continue to be, relied upon world wide.
