The July-is-for-Just-Saying-Thank-You Edition!

Dear clients + community,


July has been a banner month: my sixth anniversary in NYC and my family's first visit to see me here in four years!

Shining a light on the places I love is such an integral part of my day-to-day that I could barely believe my parents had never seen my studio, met my neighbors, or walked my block. And since they arrived in a maelstrom of board package paperwork, rental applications, offer negotiations, and event hosting, they also got a good look at my working life!


In the calm after the storm, at the midpoint of the year, I'm simplifying this month's #RealHumanRealEstate to express gratitude and reflect a sense of rest — a 7th month sabbath, if you will.


You ⁠— my beautiful clients and community ⁠— have filled this year with joy and growth.

Next month I'm back to our regularly scheduled content, but for now, thank you from the bottom of my heart (and below, a few of the homes and hearts that have made this year so special so far!).
