FAQ

Pre-qualification vs. Pre-approval Letter. A pre-qual is the initial step in obtaining a mortgage. It requires information about assets, liabilities and income. The pre-approval is more involved and includes proof of above plus a credit history. Neither guarantee the loan. One will need to go through underwriting to receive final approval/commitment.

Restaurant from River Cafe Founder. This yet to be named restaurant and bar will be located at 14 Old Fulton Street, in the Fulton Ferry Historic District. Formerly a gas station, it will be open from noon to midnight. No word yet on type of food to be served. I vote for a diner! More info from Brownstoner
