                                       <p>An SR22 filing is a financial responsibility certification which is sometimes required by the state department of motor vehicles/public safety after you have been involved in an accident with no insurance or due to excessive driving violations. You only need this form filed if the state has notified you that it is required.</p>

                                       <p>If needed, we can file this form for you which certifies to the state that you have insurance and meet the financial responsibility requirements of the state. We can only file an SR22 in the state where you are applying for insurance. If you cancel your policy, we are then obligated to file an SR26 form which notifies the state that you no longer have insurance.</p>
