Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

Robotic vacuum cleaners and mops are a great method of quickly cleaning up messes. The top robot vacuums and mops in my tests are top-quality in navigation and mapping and are able to pick up Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.

They're also easy to use using an app that lets you schedule cleaning tasks and track what they're working on.

1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra

If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop with bleeding-edge features you should take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up human hair and pet hair almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking app interface with a mini map of your home and a few buttons on the screen to allow manual control.

Another standout feature of the S8 is its ability to alter its cleaning mode based on dirt levels thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will stop and clean its mopping pad more frequently when it encounters dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.

It has a variety of other smart features too, including an alternative dock that connects to the plumbing in your home to clean and wash the mop roller, without having refilling it manually. You can even use voice commands with the built-in voice assistant that can be activated by saying "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular controls with your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those seeking a hands-free robot vacuum with mopping capabilities. It's among the many combo robot vacuums with mopping capabilities that are offered at a lower price than competitors.

As with most robovacs the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it up and running. This involves establishing an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. After that, however the robot is able to begin cleaning and mopping easily.

It's important to keep in mind that the mapping process could take a while, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets a good picture of your space. In addition the object detection is hit or miss It was able to get around furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to turn itself over to free itself. However, these aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a excellent choice for those who need an all-in-one cleaning companion.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete offers a three-in-1 home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features an inclination that is similar to hand scrubbing which results in floors that are genuinely cleaned, not just cleaned. The detachable vacuum stick is a game changer that can reach places even robot vacuums can't.

The model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa and a few additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app allows you to modify a range of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging base at the end of each job to clean their pads, empty the dust bins, and place the debris into the self-sealing bag. This helps to keep the system clean and also prevents allergens from recirculating. The battery life is long enough to clean large areas without requiring a charge mid-clean.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

The Eufy S1 Pro is a high-end robot vacuum and mop that comes with impressive features at affordable prices. autonomous vacuum robotvacuummops has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for carpets and hard floors, and great obstacles-avoiding. It also boasts a unique mopping method, which utilizes a continuous roller dosed with water to pick dirt and then deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.

Its navigation technology was effective and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing and avoiding steps. However, it struggled with fine engrained debris and was not always able to get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, which suggests it could be less of a set-and-forget model than others.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that allows you to replenish its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes upkeep easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in a routine schedule. Eufy's application lets you manage all of its functions. It provides a clear overview with plenty of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot vacuums/mowers available, and it provides amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with decent precision. The application allows users to adjust the coverage of the map, establish no-go zones and alter the cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is specifically designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This can be a major problem with many robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also includes intelligent carpet detection, lifting these pads upward when they're close to soft surfaces, preventing them from contaminating them.

The docking station is an unmanned maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station has an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, which allows seven weeks of maintenance free operation.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars less than the S8 and this robot does an excellent job of keeping my home office tidy and is able to take on the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses a laser mapping and camera to create a 3D-map of your home so that it knows what to avoid. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop) unlike other vacuums.

Other fantastic features include a self emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also alter the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.

Similar to the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. It can also avoid mopping rooms that are not filthy if you're trying to reduce time. If you have a wide range of flooring in your home and don't want to spend more money on a Roborock that comes with advanced mapping capabilities this is an excellent option.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that can handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this little robot is a great choice. It comes with a wide range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock to refill water, and customizable settings via the app. It's surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It's unable to pick up knots in the rug and it drains its battery quicker than other models we test.

With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and handy automation into a sleek design. It didn't perform as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the much pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however, it did very well overall. It comes with a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the quiet mode with low power for light debris to the more powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great mop and robot vacuum for people who live in tiny spaces. It's extremely quiet and speedy, and it is a great choice for getting around tight spots. It also does a nice job of getting pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than most of its rivals however it doesn't compromise features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it is able to take a picture of any object it picks up (i.e., chew toys or socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they don't get taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure, and are not tied to your account.

It does a great job of vaccuming, however it isn't as effective at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that are clipped onto the bottom of the bot, and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have reservoirs of water, and can automatically wash and attach their mophead.
