World of Warcraft Upgrades and Item Upgrading<br /><br />Upgrades can increase the value of weapons, armors and rings. They also increase bonuses like PvE damage and crit chance.<br /><br />For example a weapon that has the upgrade template that ends in % will take on an attack damage of 3% each time it upgrades (relative to its previous value).<br /><br />The cost of upgrading an item is determined by the item's level.
